USS Sovereign (NCC-73811) is a Sovereign-class explorer currently assigned to Fourth Fleet. She is currently under the command of Captain Henry Maxwell once again, and assigned to Starbase 415 as a Support Diplomatic Vessel. Sovereign is also part of Task Force 86.
